My Story

Between forest and water, I found my way home.

As an opera singer, I have always been drawn to beauty, expression and the stories that move us. In nature, I discovered another kind of music. The rhythm of the seasons, the silence of the forest and the gentle strength of cold water.

Swedish Forest Girl is a reflection of that journey. Through daily swims and moments in the Nordic landscape, I share a slower, more mindful way of living inspired by nature.

This is a place where stillness speaks, seasons guide the way and beauty is found in the simplest moments.
